Farfar's second studio album Orbit ventures into an exciting new direction. With a broadened selection of instruments and synths they further defined the essence and uniqueness of their sound. Dynamic and immersive instrumentals pull you into their orbit—a shared space where your thoughts can drift freely. They offer the colors and canvas, and you bring the story to life.

After selling out AMOR twice with our debut Calima, De Roma once again opens its doors for a farfar release concert. This time in the big hall!

The new album will be promoted by a feature on Klara (Zanzibar) and an interview on Radio 1 (Time Out).

Singles of the album will be released on 31/1, 28/2 and 21/3.

past accomplishments
A jury consisting of Michaël Robberechts (Radio 1), Irene Rossi (Ancienne Belgique), Michel Goedart (Radio Campus) en Morgane Mathieu (Festival d'Art Huy) nominated our debut album Calima for the title of best album of 2024. Ultimately, popular vote decided: Calima deserved the first ever BWMN-award for best album. On January 22 farfar was presented the award on the BWMN Music Night @ Ancienne Belgique.

Farfar has performed throughout Belgium at Brosella, Leuven Jazz, De Centrale, a.o. They even toured in China in 2024!
